It used to be, but recent versions from GNU-Emacs CVS

IMHO, it is no edit-util and no text-mode. It would better
fit to widget.el. But there is no package for widget.el,
since it is bundled with the XEmacs version.

Would it be an option to have a new gui-lib package bundling
tree-widget and ewoc (and maybe others) which are only used
by other packages to build some "user-interface".
