No icons. After "apt purge dolphin" doing "find . -name "*dolphin*" and
removing what is found (a lot) and finally installing dolphin again, it
still shows no icons and FISH protocol (for connecting to other machines
over SSH) is not understood.
Thanks for your suggestion, it was worth a try, a pity it does not solve
dolphin's problems.
