Well, in that sense you are right. (although I must check if Xorg's sunffb driver actually supports thos extra-high resolutions, if not, maybe we can add support for it.) Mode-switching with Ctr+Alt+"+" is not supported by that driver. Anyways not by default, currently. This way or that way: Another disadvantage of the Elite 3D is, that it consumes two UPA slots. While it may make more sense to some, to have two Ceator 3D cards in a box, rather than one Elite3D. rgds. %m
