I didn't say that I have the better solution, either.
I just brought it to light again and indicated, that I would like to work out 
the best solution for this, in a community/team. In interaction with / mutually 
agreeing with you.

ARC: Yes, it always makes things sound so "official". That's the only thing 
which I had been objecting to. It looks like so much paper work and can make 
things take long (even for small changes).
But, I do admit it, without such a verification process we would not have _the_ 
Solaris which we all respect and like.
