Yes, I think so,  I should restate that my choices were 1280x1024 or
smaller.  I think that's what it's set at now.  It's several hops away so I
can't reasonably use X-forwading to check, that would redefine the word
"slow".

As for this problem and the slowness, I would first try loading the system
> with the latest OpenSolaris development builds to pick up the most recent
