I installed b130 using a DVD, then followed your instructions to create a new
BE, remove the current Nvidia drivers and install the legacy drivers (in the
new
BE). Then rebooted into the new BE with the legacy drivers. I left it running
b130 for a couple of weeks - unfortunately don't recall if this Xorg behavior
was happening on 130.

Then 132 came out and I let Package Manager do a normal upgrade to 132. I
don't
think it did anything to the legacy Nvidia drivers during the upgrade, but
maybe
it did.

'pkg list | grep -i nvidia' shows nothing. 'pkginfo | grep -i nvidia' spits
out
the two legacy SVR4 packages I installed (NVDAgraphics and NVDAgraphicsr).
'pkginfo -l' reports they are still the 173.14.22 version. 'pkgchk' on these
reports no problems.

I've never had any problem with the bge interface on mine. (knock on wood)
