Does anyone know of any video adapters which are supported by OpenSolaris drivers that I could use in a PCIe x1 slot? Preferably cheap and passively-cooled too.
I had no luck finding one so I thought I'd ask here. The reason why it has to be x1 and not x16 is so that I can vacate a x16 slot so I can run two AOC-USAS-L8i cards. Also the video card could be a PCI card, if necessary. Again, cheap and passively cooled if possible. For PCIe, I think I need a pre PCIe 2.0 card, presumably that's PCIe 1.0.
