working group participants to review the document and post a message
about it. Don't be timid; all comments are welcome, whether you are
a new participant or not.
The work done in this working group is covered by a charter (
http://www.ietf.org/dyn/wg/charter/yam-charter ). The charter
discusses about changes to the specifications under review. I gather
that the working group fully understands that the intention is to
publish draft-ietf-yam-rfc4409bis as an Internet Standard and not as
a Proposed Standard.
