Uploaded patch v1.
Remove configuration items: Dispatcher.DISPATCHER_EXIT_ON_ERROR_KEY, and add
methods for {{AsyncDispatcher}} and {{EventDispatcher}} to disable exit on
exception/error, which are invoked by unit tests.
