I was just thinking on REST API filters metricstimestart and metricstimeend
added that these values to be given in millis seconds right? Doesn't it
complication for users? Let say, If user want to retrieve time series range
last 24 hours, user need to convert yesterdays time to millis seconds and pass
it on.
