It makes sense to me.
Thanks to [~shuzirra] [~pbacsko] for your patient comment to make it clear.
[~wangda] i will update according to the latest proposal.
*1) yarn.scheduler.capacity.<path>.auto-queue-creation-v2.enabled*
To make sure the flag is right set.
*2) Removing "create" from the ApplicationPlacementContext:*
Remove it, and change related test.
Make the property inheritable or not, will be another jira.
