Revolutionary greetings Comrades could someone confirm the statement had over the radio this morning about the NPA withdrawing charges against the ANC President Cde. Jacob Zuma
Comrades I had that the IEC has proven some people otherwise that Mama Winnie Madikizela-Mandela is eligible to be nominated into parliament. Could some one clarify to me as how this happened, I know she was not convicted rather given a suspended sentence as the verdict. My confusion is around the eligibility. I would like to know when someone eligible to be in parliament, is it five years after served your sentence or is it five years from the day you were sentenced and would like to know the length of sentences for being found eligible to be part in parliament. Comrades I am a loyal ANC-led structures member and would like to be able to answer these questions when asked as we sometimes come across legal gurus who tend to confuse us. so please help --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You are subscribed.
