Young people from the townships and rural areas do not even know of this formations, least of all their mandates. What really needs to be done is to give the young people of Mzantsi info on these government agencies so the can utilise them fully. It would be all folly if this new structure follows in the footsteps of the Msobomvu's where a few individuals could excess them.
