I beg to continue to differ cadre. The essence of a collective is that
it is composed of "individuals who bring about various strength,
expertise and abilities" towards achieving a certain objective. We
therefore cannot afford to be religious with the concept of collectivism
in football.

I am not necessarily furious with Mokoena for glaring mistakes he
committed, but I'm just saying that he has become an undesirable
liability to our national team. There r mistakes that r difficult to
stomach, especially if there were costly and avoidable. If I am to apply
the theory of a "reasonable man" in the case of Mokoena, I would say,
given his experience, exposure to soccer at international level, his
leadership responsibility and understanding of what was at stake during
the Confed Cup, then he has led us down. In fact recently Mokoena has
just become nothing but a liability. Teko Modise was also not at his
best, but we can understand bcoz he has always been a pillar of strength
in the previous games. Now, when were you last impressed with Mokoena's
performance at the national team level? Booth, Masilela and Gaxa played
exceptionally well in marshalling our defence, but the same cannot b
said abwt our captain.

> Cadre in football mistakes are prone to happen it is the beauty of the
game.Casting calls for mokoene to go does not assist us as a nation, as
football is a collective game of players it is not an individual sport.
If we were to single one player than we are losing the point of the
game.
Experience does not mean you do not experience new things daily. We
should
shoulder the perfomance of a team collective.
