Isn't the argument over in this matter of private/public settled, anyway? I mean, the question of condoms and faithfulness has been preached in public to young people for many years already. The question of unmarried pregnancies, at least among young women still schooling, has been in the public realm for years, too. I think my good and honest comrade Lerato Motimele is correct about this. If the story is true, then it is nobody but the President (not you, I mean the State President!) who has embarrassed himself and all of his supporters.
