Comrade Tumi,

As the one who posted the article, let me say that I share your concerns.

The prosecutor opposed bail. That is common. The magistrate granted bail. That is his prerogative. All of that is normal.

But the National Director of Public Prosecutions tried three times to interfere and refused to put his request in writing. The prosecutor had no choice. He had to use his own judgement and not be swayed. If he had done otherwise and not opposed bail, the whole world would have come down on his head, while the NDPP was going to deny that he gave the instruction, and leave that white guy hanging out to dry.

Now they say they did not demote the prosecutor but only reassigned him. That is terrible. That is adding insult to injury.

What is the relationship of Jub Jub to Julius Malema? Maybe people of their own age group can explain it to me better. But I can tell you what it looks like. It looks like a rich young men's club. It looks like they are friends and rich and they want to show the world that they can do anything they like, even murder, but they will always get away with it because they can pull strings.

I am sorry you have had to suffer insults from the other comrade here. If that behaviour gets to the level that I consider is spam, then I will act.

I expect him to calm down now.
