It is also painful to see a lot of comrades who sacrifice their schooling,
work, families etc for our struggle loitering in the streets. These
comrades are the heroes of the yesteryears but today are thrown in the
dustbins of history.

Most of the comrades who recruited me in politics are unemployed, some are
drunkards, the lucky ones are general workers. Some of these comrades, as
students and learners, braved guns, imprisonment, killings fighting for a
democratic South Africa. When democracy came the annointed took over and
ensured that gatekeeping is the order of the day.

Within this forgotten pool, I strongly believe, we can get cadres of
special type that Cde Phillip is talking about.

I pause,

Mzukisi Ronyuza.
