Definitely a good thing! I like it.
I was using the Firefox "quick search" feature, but I might move to the
Del.icio.us one.
I don't find the search form confusing, but maybe you could replace "Go"
by a word that would be more explicit (like "Search")
Also, it would be useful to have a reminder of the list of defined
shortcuts: a "shortcuts" link on the page, and/or a list of defined
shortcuts under the tags list (just a rough list of shotcuts, and when
you place your mouse over it, you see a tooltip with the bookmark title
and/or the search string)
Thanks for all the good stuff!
Regards,
Ben
