Having come from Outlook/Exchange to Entourage, that sounds like an argument
based on email form over content.
So how much functionality is enough?
Maybe I¹d like to buy from someone who has really though about what I want,
rather than offering everything they ever thought I might have wanted,
which is a very 20th century view of functional requirement.
If I were MS, I¹d be really scared of ³less is more².

Once you try gmail, hotmail and other web mail based applications
you will want to return to Entourage.

If the new Outlook is anything like the PC Outlook, I will have to
find a new mail program.
