Simple. I have a Mac (several of them, in fact). I also must use Windows
every day of my life - I do it using VMWare Fusion. I also have an iPhone 4.

I keep my personal calendar information sync'd to my iPhone via the option
in Entourage 2008 EWS to synchronize to AddressBook, iCal, and MobileMe
using Apple Sync Services, and I use Exchange to synchronize my business
calendar between Outlook 2007 on the VMs and the iPhone. So, I'm wondering
if there's a way to get the personal data from Outlook Windows onto the
iPhone. Of course, then I'd need to figure out if there's a way to
synchronize Calendar Data between Outlook Windows and Outlook Mac.

And, as I infer from the underlying tone of your question, I'm taking a
gratuitous jab in the direction of the folks at Microsoft if they can
demonstrate that they've taken the pains to make the previous and current
release of the Windows platform Outlook application able to sync to the
iPhone but couldn't do so at the time of release for their Mac product. I
know it's two different development teams, and I know that there are
problems with the way Windows and Mac handle time zones and all day events,
and I DON'T know that the possibility there's a conduit between Windows
Outlook and MobileMe doesn't mean those issues don't defeat the whole
purpose of that conduit. So, I'm asking because I'm curious; I'm asking
because I'm frustrated; and I'm asking because I'm trying to decide if
there's a workflow that will make it possible for me to update NOW to Office
2011.

And, I did ask a simple question: is there a conduit to MobileMe from
Outlook Windows? I should also have asked, "If there is, how well does it
work." No one has answered the simple question yet.

Thanks so much,

Jim Robertson
