I may end up doing that, but my goal has been not to clutter the Exchange Server with personal stuff. Although I've not prohibited my staff from using it for this purpose, my position has been its a business computer system and we're better off keeping our personal stuff somewhere else. I still have the question regarding whether there's a way to do 2-way Sync between Outlook on the two platforms (Windows and Mac). My guess is that the number of people who have access to an Exchange Server they can manage themselves is much smaller than the number of people who have both Macs and Windows boxes in their personal or family ecosystem. Some of them may not have any mobile devices, but just would like to keep their Outlook data in sync on desktop computers in both platforms. That's the nexus of my question: is there a way to accomplish that? I've read a bit more about how Exchange and MobileMe interact. Curiously, from a Windows box one CAN sync Calendar items to an iOS device by MobileMe, but NOT contacts if one also has the Outlook application attached to an Exchange Server.
