Why not use your Exchange Server to synch your personal calendar, too?
Then you could synch with iPhone, iCal, multiple computers, iPads, etc.
iCal can synch with Exchange Server. The only limitation in Outlook 2011
is a direct synch between iCal and Outlook; you can still synch Outlook
and iCal using Exchange Server.

Also, I have found using an Exchange Server to be much more reliable and
trouble free than using MobileMe and/or Apple Synch Services. YMMV.
