Hello, List --

A couple of more Outlook questions (sorry...):

1. In Entourage, I could select a sent message and, from a drop down menu
I could choose forward, etc., or I could select "resend". In Outlook, it
appears there is no way to resend a message. Am I missing something??

2. In Entourage, the Progress window was a very narrow, unobtrusive window
when there was no activity, and it would auto-drop down to show all
activity when sending/receiving. In Outlook, apparently, I have to either
leave the full progress window open all the time (way to obtrusive), or
close it completely and have no way to see mail activity at all. Is there
anyway for Outlook to auto-show me all sending/receiving activity without
my having to keep the progress window completely open all the time??

3. Regarding sounds, I keep my system alerts at 3 bars normally (just loud
enough to hear everything without it being intrusive) but, with that
setting, the Outlook sounds are at such low levels as to be almost
inaudible (especially if there is any kind of background noise). Is there
a way to increase the Outlook sound volume without increasing the overall
system alert volume?? Also, how can I add my own preferred sounds to
Outlook (i.e. the sounds I used in Entourage)??

4. In the 3 pane view with viewed message at bottom right, above the
viewed message there is a gray header panel with subject, sender name,
date, etc., and it takes up far too much real estate IMO. Is there any way
to reduce the fonts and height of the header panel (i.e. like to half the
current height)??

Thanks/Best Regards,
George A
