OK, I'm back on Entourage with all the recent messages copied from Outlook to the desktop and then copied back into Entourage. Fortunately, it wasn't difficult at all and only took about 10 min. to accomplish. Also fortunately, during the few miserable days I wasted trying to work with Outlook, I did not create any new address book entries, tasks, calendar events, notes, etc., so I didn't have to face the challenges of trying to move any of that.
