Well, 'the story' from IT's perspective is that 'you're not using Windows, so
it MUST be one of them NASTY Apple/Mac incompatibility issues'. My pointing out
to them that I have other email going back to 1996, including on other Exchange
servers, does nothing to convince them that it is at their end. My also
suggesting that they might consider upgrading beyond Exchange Server 2003 so
that I could use Apple's Mail ('cause they say that Entourage is the problem)
does not receive a warm welcome either.
Frustrating.
