I'm hoping someone can help me out with this: The problem in short: When the user sends a secure email (digital signature also attached), a prompt for an admin's username and password appears in order to open the system keychain and so to send the email.
Upon attempting to send I would get this in the console log: Jan 13 11:13:56 userscomputer SecurityAgent[1756]: system.keychain.modify|2011-01-13 11:13:56 -0500 Jan 13 11:14:19 userscomputer edu.mit.Kerberos.CCacheServer[1761]: launchctl start error: No such process I have deleted ~/Lib/Preferences/edu.mit.Kerberos* Cleared the cache, reboot The certs live in the login keychain (as opposed to the System Keychain). I've seen this once before with another user, and to resolve the issue I had to strip out the user's keychain and start from scratch, which I'd rather not do again. Other notable info: OS 10.6.5, Entourage 2008 (v.12.2.6 as the updates have routinely crashed his use of Entourage), software PKI (non PIV-card PKI).
