If you import from Entourage it will show exactly like it was in Entourage. If you export as .rge file in Entourage and import that, it will show as imported.rge folder with folder structure from Entourage inside. You can leave this imported.rge folder as is or you can move the messages. The default folders (Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Deleted Items) cannot replace the current default folder. Move the messages in these folders. The custom folders you made can be dragged. If this doesn't answer your question, try using a screen shot or further details.
