Agreed, though a tool that goes from an existing system to a %packages
ks section might be very interesting; should be more than a 'rpm -qa',
e.g. by only spitting out leaf packages, suppressing stuff in @core
etc. 

It does get tricky though since you're trying to reverse engineer what a
user means with a given system, which might mean it's not really all
that useful. And not all that connected to yum, anyway ;)
