Subject: [Zen] Clues to the meaning of Zen

I bow to the Buddha (I have a statue in my room) during the following/when...

- I get up, and before going to bed
- leave the house
- come home
- before and after zazen
- " " " meals

With palms joined together, I bow only once for each occasion and say,"Buddha
be
praised"

I generally leave rituals/ceremonies behind, unless they are a source of focus,
and/or inspiration

Buddha be praised(this saying so being another adopted practise)
