I don't know if OCD is subject to logic, but if you are afraid that you might 
be nothing five minutes from now that would to me seem to be all the more 
reason to make the best of now and the remaining 5 minutes - one 'now' at a 
time.

That's 'living in the moment' - nothing more than that.
