Hi Chris.  Yes, I suppose I agree with how you are looking at it.  Coming back 
does not so much take effort, you just are able to do it, and I suppose THAT is 
the awareness.  Maybe I was using the word "effort," because I have to come 
back so many times while sitting and just keep returning to the present that it 
does take a kind of intention.  I guess it might sound better to say that while 
I sit, I do it with the intention to come back whenever I notice I have trailed 
off.
