The notion, the idea, the feeling of it... all dispelled by effective practice.

No such-a thing, when you are clear about what there is, instead.

We don't *try* to dispel it.  But when you're able to look clearly, there's no 
"there", there.

There is no mind, either.

Is there a heart?  Yes.  You feel it and hear it beating.
