Did you set up the zWinUser + zWinPassword for an Administrator on the XP machine? That's for WMI, but it oughn't be used in the default install for the perf graphs, those are SNMP Informant based as far as I know.

Are you sure the SNMP service is installed and running on the machine that you
are trying to monitor? SNMP Informant basically extends the functionality of
the Windows SNMP service. It is not a replacement for it.

In addition, are you sure that you have configured and SNMP community string on
the machine that you are trying to monitor, and that you are trying to query
the proper community string?

Are you allowing SNMP connections from your Zenoss machine to the machine that
you are trying to monitor?

FYI: I've seen it take up to 5 or 10 minutes to populate the Perf tab.

SNMP is service is isntall and running on the Windows XP machine I'm trying to
monitor. Zenoss grabs basic information from it ok. Ip addrees, routes, OS
version and that's about it.

SNMP-informant is install and running. I see it in the event logs under
application that it started.

Under the SNMP services in Windows then the Security shows public as the
community string and it accepts connection from all host. In Zenoss, when I add
a new device, I specify public as the string for that machine. Like I said,
conenction is ok and it does get some kind of info from the Windows XP box.

Nothing else just comes up. Perf monitor page is blank. Software, Hardware,
events tabs are blank. The only that shows are the IP's and routes...

WMI is install on Windows XP by default isn't?
