Have you tried to do a manual model on the device? I've found that sometimes the info doesn't populate very quickly so I'll model the device and things get populated much quicker. BTW, I'm not using WMI at all, just SNMP and SNMP-Informant. I'm modeling over WAN so I'm trying to keep it as lean as possible.
