I never figured out exactly why things were failing. I still have my backups, but I got frustrated and wiped everything out and started clean with 2.4.
My 2.4 clean install is working, but I am still having difficulty with SNMP and WMI on Windows. I know the SSH stuff is new so I am not spending any time troubleshooting on that right now. I am re-doing all of my organizers, locations, etc... now. We are still using Zenoss Core, but I have been trying to get my company to purchase enterprise.
