seems that king_crab has assumed it to be a closed issue by referencing non-existent instructions. If I am incorrect in that assessment please advise and I will be happy to apologize. At least in the bug report it shows that he closed it.
I would very much like to fix this as it's becoming more of a pain as time goes on. Maybe we could work it ourselves as it seems there are few of us with this issue. I assume that a restore to 2.3.3 as referenced in the bug report means un-installing and the restoring from a backup from that time. However I am still unsure about the cache clearing procedure. Does anyone have info on how to clear the cache as referenced? I have searched the admin guide and the 2.4 install guide and several other places w/out success.
