IME, usually Zenoss might get an SNMP down for several reasons. The most 
common I've seen was with a PC that would be heavily loaded, it would 
not respond quickly enough to the Zenoss poll, and be marked as down. 
You can try tuning the zProperties etc for those computers, or for all 
of them (maybe set the timeout to longer).
