It can possibly make sense. 0MQ never intended to be a full-fledged 
messaging middleware, rather a low-level layer in the stack to provide 
primitives for building one. Not sure how would that play with OMG's DDS 
standard (I suppose OpenDDS is focused on implementing DDS).
