What exactly do you mean? 

What I mean is what I said. A set of specifications which are all written as "maximums" (i.e. peak) is pretty useless. Perhaps if you were talking about a maximum ambient temperature specification or maximum allowed elevation, then a maximum specification makes sense.

Perhaps the device is fine (I have no idea) but these posted specifications are virtually useless.
