Garret, I did reply to your mail because you quoted claims from people who 
aren't lawyers and who do not give evidence for their claims.

As I know that is makes no sense to discuss claims from non-lawyers, I replied
with quotes and statements I did read from lawyers.

I am no lawyer, but I talk with lawyers on Copyright and licensing issues and 
I try to ignore legal claims from anybody who does not give evidence for his 
claims.
