Yes, it is possible (for a long time) -- but far from being well supported...

Maybe, we ensure in the core that the modules "datetime" and "pytz"
can be imported and the corresponding instances accessed in TTW code.

And as someone else mentioned: "set" and "frozenset" are as
safe as "dict". Thus, they, too, could be made available (if necessary
with a "safe" wrapper, should "dict" have one).
