There is no need for an "un-installer", just delete the folder. 
"Unprofessional"? How much did you pay for the software?
I like the GUI, it is simple to navigate and few embedded menus. Feel free to 
use other software as no one is twisting your arm to use Multipsk. Am sure your 
desire to find something pretty and easy can be found as it is in the eye of 
the beholder.
