Apologies, I'm sorry. I forgot NTL is still "banned" (and lack of
sleep...). I've just put the branch up on
https://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/30745 to advertise them on Homebrew.
Please test (this works on macOS 10.15.7 for me with xcode 12).
