Have you not read Ted's posts about volunteering? It's all I can do to keep
up with this (and a few others) list and still have a life. Very few of us
can actually cut a release anyway, so it is up to those few who can (AND
have the time) to do it.
Please be patient with us. We are trying.

I've been asking the likely suspects, Vic, but everyone pleads lack of time.
My own volunteer time is going into the iBATIS project now.
Apparently, Struts is good enough for now, and people who want more are moving on to
other pastures.
