found in Setup Transmit, and EQ. I opened these two windows for each profile,
then printed the screen (Control + Print Screen). Then I pasted the screen

Your wait won't be months this time. You should be able to make the
transition in a couple of weeks or less. I would say less, but my wife is
having surgery next week which will cut into my development time.
SDRDataTransfer v5.0.0 is in development. It will allow you to transfer

Using a screen capture of the settings has worked for me, bit this time I
just used the IBM (It's Better Manually) method. It required very little
time and effort and the old memories did not need to be entered again...
they just showed up and work as they should.

While exploring my recent update of PowerSDR this morning, I noticed a menu
item called Heros. I clicked on it and a window titled Preselector came up.
Is this functional and where can I find some documentation on it?
Heros...sounds like the name of a sandwich like gyros! :)
Or do what lazy old me did and take digital pictures of all your setup
screens. That'll take less than 5 minutes.

You could also open up two copies of PowerSDR (the old and the new) and
tile them on your screen. Then, you can look at your old settings and
manually enter them into the new version. This would save you the steps
of having to make screen shot files.

That would not work. You cannot have 2 instances of PowerSDR open at the
same time for the same radio, different radios have different databases
(that includes the Demo mode).

It actually kind of does work. Just don't hit the Start button on the
2nd instance of PowerSDR or a singularity will occur. ;-)
