Samba refuses to be browseable. I started out wanting to configure it as a
PDC, just as I have done previously with samba 2.2.8 (and openldap).
smbclient -L localhost -U% gives Error returning browse list:
NT_STATUS_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED.
