i personally think that advertising and music are like water & electricity. no matter how good the music is, the freedom of it's art is completely ruined by swirling and flashing ads. i have a real grudge against commercialism, and unless it's an ad for an item that truly helps you(like a corn remover), that you can pick up right away(not a car!), i'll figure out on my own what i need. they played commercials disguised as psychedelia the whole event, i wouldn't be surprised if suggestive imagery was displayed like *buy ford focus*/*drink barcardi*(not necessarily in that order[in fact probably the opposite]). i hope companies see that commercialism can lead to negative opinions, and anger when they try to involve art.
