I can hear some similarities but "a total ripoff"? Perhaps vaguely on "United" or "Hot on the Heels.." But TG were also noisy freakouts like "Hamburger Lady" & so on.. I agree with whoever saw Adult as more 80's/Newave influenced.. among other things.. Personally I thought they sounded kinda "punk" @ Magic Stick a few weeks ago. Big Black? Anyway, old electro..
