Some excellent compilations to start with are the two "Jumpin'" compilations on Harmless - tons of classics like "Keep On Jumpin'", "Is It All Over My Face", "Disco Circus", "Mainline"... For Salsoul stuff, there are 2 (I think) Salsoul Mastercuts compilations which have all the great cuts on them. I've converted quite a few folk with the Harmless compilations especially!
