You US folks (and other) just enjoy the small-scale underground atmosphere;
here everything is turning so commercial. Yeah sure, we do get a lot of
great artists over, but what's the use if nearly everything these days gets
watered down and commercialised.

PS Before jumping me: Yes, there still are good and enjoyable events even
for a picky bore like me, but they sure are getting scarce.
i wonder this too, because I have a lot of european friends and all they do
is bitch about the feeling at the shows there now...
like they are really great parties in theory, but there is no love
